I am Neeti and my interest is healthy, everyday Indian vegeterian cooking, with a few dishes outside of Indian cuisine as well. I have been cooking for my family of four for over 15 years and have learned to work with a wide variety of tastes, preferences, allergies and diet restrictions. Some of my cooking sessions are below. Please pick from one of these (or mix and match) when you book a cooking session with me. Please note that I only cook vegetarian food. The protein comes from dairy, nuts, lentils and beans! Feel free to let me know of preferences like spice levels, allergies, diet restrictions and so on in the form below . The more I know about you, the more likely it is that our first meal will be what you want!! The quantity I cook is usually sufficient for a family of four for 2 meals, sometimes even three meals, depending on how you eat. I am open to listening to you and make adjustments to fit your family's eating style. 1. North Indian meal - 1 dal, 1-2 Indian curries, 1-2 vegetables, parathas, raita 2. Italian meal - Lasagna, pasta, salad, soup 3. Mexican meal - Enchiladas or Quesadillas, black bean soup, salsa, mexican rice 4. Thai food - Thai green curry, plain rice 5. Chinese food - Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Tofu stir fry, 6. Indo-chinese - fried rice, Veg manchurian, Hakka noodles, Paneer in garlic sauce, spring rolls 7. Tibetan - Vegeterian Momos, Fried Rice 8. South Indian meal - Rice, Sambar, Dry Cabbage, Dry Beetroot, Yogurt Pachadi, Chana masala
