WHAT TO DO WITH A BOOKING REQUEST

Woohoo! You got your first booking! So what's next? Don't worry. We'll cover the process step by step.

First you will see a "New Request" in your dashboard that includes the date, time, and location of your booking request.

To see more details click the down arrow on the upper right corner.

In expanded view, you can see the menu selected, number of people in the Host's household, and any diet preferences or allergies.

You have 24 hours to to accept the booking. Click the green Accept button when you are ready.

Make sure that you have all ingredients listed for the chosen dishes. If any dishes are missing ingredients, update those before you accept the booking. This will help the Host buy all the necessary ingredients.

And as easy as that, you have accepted your booking. Now the booking details will move to your "Confirmed Bookings" tab in your dashboard.

The home access instructions will be revealed 24 hours before your scheduled booking.

From this screen, you can click "Message" if you want to communication directly with the Host via text.

If you must cancel (and we hope you don't) you can do so from this screen.
Take your temperature, wear a mask, wash your hands, keep a distance - these are the new normal.

What to do when you arrive at the Host's home?
Well that is when you do your thing... your amazing cooking skills. But before you start, here are some good habits. Happy cooking!
Take a picture
This helps you remember where things go later
Pull your hair back
For longer hair, tie it back to keep it out of food
Wash your hands
Wash your hands with soap before you cook
